We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Podiatrist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with foot, ankle, and lower limb issues.
Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual needs, including medical, surgical, and rehabilitative interventions.
Perform routine podiatric procedures such as nail surgeries, wound care, and biomechanical assessments.
Educate patients on foot health, injury prevention, and post-treatment care to promote long-term well-being.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists and holistic massage therapists.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and organisational policies.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in podiatry through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Fully qualified Podiatrist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a variety of podiatric conditions.
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex medical information clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds.
Proficient IT skills for maintaining electronic health records and managing appointment scheduling efficiently.
Ability to teach patients about foot health practices effectively, fostering understanding and compliance.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and treatment planning.
