We are seeking a Police Desk Administrator to join our team in a busy vehicle recovery company based in Glasgow.
The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Data entry of vehicle information/vehicle processing
Dealing with Public, Police and other third parties
Reception desk duties
Cash handling
Liaising with insurance companies and motor trade body shop repairs
good telephone skills
customer Service Experience
Must Pass police vetting
Skills required
Excellent organisational skills
Good administration skills including basic computer skills.

Professional
Smart appearance
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
