Policy and Involvement Team




Our Policy and Involvement team is excited to offer a placement opportunity to individuals who are interested in making a positive impact in the lives of residents. This placement is ideal for those who are eager to learn how our team supports residents to raise complaints about council services and about our key policy areas.


If you have a passion for supporting residents or want to gain valuable experience in this area, this placement is perfect for you. You will work with our experienced team and colleagues across the council to address and resolve complaints, ensuring we meet key policies.


In addition, this role provides an opportunity to use your Welsh skills daily, helping to build your confidence and communicate effectively with residents. Join us to help us improve the way we work and to make sure every resident's voice is heard and respected.
