We are looking for a receptionist. We aim to provide modern, high-quality services for our patients.

Salary: 12.50-13.00 per hour Full-time, permanent Work in two shifts according to the rota The practice is open Monday - Saturday 9 am - 8 pm, and Sunday 9am - 4 pm Start date: immediately Location: West London / Ealing Broadway (5 minutes from Ealing Broadway tube station)

REQUIREMENTS:

Customer service attitude Good knowledge of the English language Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Outlook, Excel) at a good level Reception desk experience will be a great asset Professional attitude and appearance Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Team player

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving patients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Hands-on experience with office equipment Accepting visit fees and invoicing Support for doctors/therapists Follow CQC instructions and procedures
