About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated

Health Care Assistant (HCA)

who is

fluent in Polish

, to support patients at

Priory Hospital Preston

, a leading provider of mental health and rehabilitation services.

You will work as part of a supportive clinical team, assisting patients with day-to-day care, emotional support, and recovery-focused activities in a safe and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support patients with daily living activities Promote dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing Monitor patient behaviour and report any changes to clinical staff Communicate effectively with patients, especially those who are Polish-speaking Maintain accurate and timely care records Follow all safeguarding and health & safety policies

Requirements

Previous experience as an HCA (preferably in mental health or hospital setting)

Fluent in Polish and English

Right to work in the UK Up-to-date
