Key Responsibilities
Support patients with daily living activities
Promote dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing
Monitor patient behaviour and report any changes to clinical staff
Communicate effectively with patients, especially those who are Polish-speaking
Maintain accurate and timely care records
Follow all safeguarding and health & safety policies
Requirements
Previous experience as an HCA (preferably in mental health or hospital setting)
Fluent in Polish and English
Right to work in the UK
