Job Overview

We are seeking a Pool Driver to transport staff & pupils in a safe, comfortable and timely manner. mainly will be used to drive the minibus to various training and match day events but could also be called upon for other journeys.

Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle and planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.

To be considered for this role you should have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. note that you don't need to have a car, we provide drivers with our own vehicles.

Duties

Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip. Pick up clients from the place and time requested. Be aware of traffic & weather reports to stay updated on road conditions. Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road works as needed. Ensure all seats are clean and comfortable for all passengers. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points.

Experience

Proven experience as a Driver. A valid driver's licence. A clean driving record. Availability to occasionally take weekend and evening shifts. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear interactions with team members and customers. The ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations.
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
