We're looking for someone to lead a team of poolside professionals (Pool Instructors and Lifeguards) to deliver a variety of pool related products and services that will maximise member experience, encourage repeat usage and subsequent, customer lifetime value.
We're open 7 days a week and you'll be required to work shifts that include both early and late working patterns and these shifts will be on weekdays and some weekends throughout the course of the month.
The Swim Program Manager role is a 24 hour position (Salary: 16,000) with the option to make up 16 hours additionally by Lifeguarding or Swimming Teaching.

Be the principal member of the Leadership team on days when required to perform Senior Manager On Duty Shifts
Ensure that you have a large enough, consistent and varied pool lesson program (child/adult) with enough participants to achieve pool revenue targets
Provide a consistent and varied pool programme that match the needs of our members and encourages repeat usage and high levels of member recommendations

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels throughout the company
A genuine passion and active involvement in fitness and swimming
Level 2 Pool Teacher (essential- or equivalent experience) with extensive experience of delivering 1:1 and group pool lessons (child/adult) and Level 3 Swim Co-ordinator (desirable)
National Pool Lifeguard Qualified (desirable)
A talent for change management through successful implementation and sustainability
An early adopter of new initiatives
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Target and results driven
