The Pauline Quirke Academy is dedicated to delivering exceptional training in the performing arts and media. Our mission is to nurture young talent through engaging modules in Musical Theatre, Film and TV, and Comedy and Drama for students aged 5 to 18 years old.

Do you have experience working with young people aged 4-6 years? Then PQA want to hear from you!

PQA, a leading provider of weekend performing arts training, is currently recruiting a Poppets teacher for their Academy in PQA Nottingham on Saturday mornings.

You will need practical skills in acting, singing and movement, be able to create your own lesson plans ranging from outer space to under the sea to provide sessions exploring stories, songs and characters. Poppets is high-energy, educational and fun!

PQA follows safer recruiting. An enhanced DBS on the update service will be required and can be arranged.We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team at the Pauline Quirke Academy in GB. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and developing the next generation of performers by delivering dynamic classes aligned with our high standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare lesson plans that meet our learning framework for diverse student needs. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and report on their development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program offerings. Ensure safety and well-being of all students during sessions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in performing arts or media education and or early years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching young people. Ability to inspire creativity and confidence. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to different age groups. Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
