Overview:

October 18th Start - 2 and a half to 3 Month Temporary Role !! SATURDAYS ONLY !!

8am to 6pm SATURDAYS ONLY - LONDON FIELDS / BROADWAY MARKET

We are seeking a talented and experienced Retail assistant to join our team at our temporary pop-up in London Fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing towards the daily operations of setting up our pop-up with stock, ensuring excellent visual merchandising, customer service, and driving sales as well as stock planning for each week, processing deliveries and feeding back on the stock requirements. This role requires experience with high volumes of stock.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute towards logistics of a market pop-up for second hand clothes
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure the area is clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Conduct regular stock takes and help your team with stock rotation

Experience and Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Second hand retail experience is ideal but not essential
- Previous experience in fashion retail is essential.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Flexible in working hours and able to work around the needs of our charity partners
- Experience supervising staff and managing schedules
