Immersing yourself in this world-renowned brand, you will create and deliver first-class marketing campaigns and produce exciting and diverse events all whilst ensuring that as a team, Porsche Strategy Guidelines are achieved for each Centre.
This role is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to gain valuable experience within a growing, friendly, and fast-paced Marketing team. The role will be based in Bristol, but you will also travel to our other Centres in Swindon, Tewkesbury, and Newport as required.
Key Responsibilities
No two days will be the same and, working alongside the Porsche Marketing Executives, you will plan, deliver, and execute campaigns for Sales and Aftersales. Acting as a brand guardian, you will be proactively working with senior management teams to deliver the following:
Keep all stakeholders up to date with details of upcoming marketing campaigns and plans, as well as managing relationships to ensure objectives are met.
Update quarterly marketing collateral (e.g. marketing plans, on-hold scripts etc.)
Actively participate in sharing ideas and contributing to digital output, including the management of all Porsche Social Media profiles and the creation of relevant content for our Centre and Group websites.
Carry out weekly website audits and digital reports, as well as updating departmental trackers.
Events - support in the creation, delivery, and measurement of all events.
Completion of marketing campaign briefing documents for our in-house Graphic Designer for advertising, direct marketing, POS, and HTML requirements.
Extract campaign data from Dealer Management Systems and compliance with GDPR on data-handling.
Contribute to administrative tasks and website updates as required to ensure the Marketing Department's success and efficiency.
Day-to-day copy writing, including but not limited to blog articles, HTML communications, customer invitations, and additional direct customer communications.
Brief and collate data for HTML campaigns to our customer databases.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
A creative/marketing degree is desired, but not essential
You'll ideally have 1+ years' experience in marketing and events, but it doesn't have to be automotive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with copywriting skills
Interest in digital marketing and social media platforms and an understanding of how these channels can help to deliver results
Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects at once
Must be proactive and flexible in respect of changing initiatives and demands from across the business
Creative, detail-orientated, and highly organised
Ability to handle high pressure situations and times when there may be a high volume of work across various disciplines
A Full UK Driving License is necessary as travel will be required between Centres
If you feel like you have the skill and ambition to take on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
Please note, we are looking for someone who is available to join the team in a full time permanent capacity and will not be accepting applications for internships or apprentices at this time.
Working at The Farmhouse
At Dick Lovett, our teams who work tirelessly behind the scenes are just as important as those who work in our busy dealerships. That is why in 2019, we renovated the original Farmhouse building located on our Bristol campus to house our Marketing, IT, Corporate, and Bookings teams.
The Farmhouse is situated just off the A4018, easily accessible from Junction 17 of the M5 motorway. Located in-between our Aston Martin and BMW Motorrad buildings, the Farmhouse features modern working offices and also has two boardrooms for important meetings and Group training.
Working in the Marketing, Database and CRM team
Joining our Marketing Team offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for unleashing creativity and thinking outside the box.
As a member of our Team, you will play an important role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be essential in creating compelling content and implementing digital marketing strategies that effectively engage our target audience. By bringing fresh ideas and a creative approach to our marketing efforts, you will help us stand out from the competition.
