We are looking for a Porsche Pro to join our team. This aim of this role is to provide brand experiences to Porsche Centre visitors by sharing unique insights about Porsche models, technologies, brand and history whilst utilising the showroom media in tech talks.

Key Responsibilities

To behave as a brand ambassador to spread a positive atmosphere and enthusiasm towards the image of the Porsche Centre. To provide a customer-centric, fascinating experience, creating personalised "Wow Moments" to increase overall customer satisfaction. To assist the Sales Executive with workload to support customers in their sales journey with us. To carry out the preparation and execution of Masterclass (2nd handover) appointments with customers. To stay up to date on products, technologies to provide the depth of knowledge required for customers and colleagues, as well as staying up to date on competitor products and technologies. To collaborate with Marketing to provide content for Social Media.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

At least one year of experience in hospitality, retail or customer service, preferably for a luxury or high-end brand Confidence to deliver information to customers A full UK driving licence is essential for this role Confident with Microsoft and using multiple online systems

The successful candidate will need to have the motivation to be successful, the desire to learn and also possess the ability to present themselves in a professional and confident manner.
