Porsche Centre Swindon are looking for a Service Quality Specialist to join our team and take ownership of quality control in the workshop. In this role you will be working closely with the workshop team to ensure that our customers are receiving a "right first time" service.


This role would suit an experienced Vehicle Technician who is looking to make their next move in the automotive industry and wants a new challenge.


We will also consider applications from candidates who have a strong Automotive Service background, for example an established Senior Service Advisor or Team Leader with robust Warranty experience and the confidence to support the workshop team to improve efficiency and productive.


Alternatively, if you have an in-depth understanding of quality control specifically in automotive vehicles, we would like to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities




Quality Control of vehicles Warranty admissions Adhering to Porsche regulations Interacting with customers

An important part of this role includes overseeing Warranty admissions and ensuring they meet Porsche regulations, so a clear understanding of motor industry practices is essential.


Essential Skills and Qualifications




NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in the motor industry is preferred Vehicle quality control experience would be very beneficial Knowledge of warranty procedures and workshop systems is essential Experience in an official manufacture would be beneficial Full UK Driving Licence
