We're looking for a

Lead Nurse

to oversee our service portfolio in

West Berkshire

and the

London Boroughs of Camden, Harrow, Islington and Redbridge

.


You will provide visible, effective leadership to the nursing teams in these areas, working collaboratively to provide safe, evidence-based and compassionate care. You will have a key role within our clinical leadership team and, in collaboration with the Medical Lead, develop our specialist substance use clinical treatment across Via services.

This is a 0.6 WTE post where consideration can be given to 0.4 WTE role as an Independent Nurse Prescriber or Health and Wellbeing Nurse.
