Reporting to the Associate Director, we are looking to recruit a Portfolio Management Associate on a permanent basis. This position will cover the Greater London area, and you will be on site 3-4 days a week.
More about your role
On a daily basis, you will play a key role in the effective management of residential property portfolios, ensuring compliance with legislation, and delivery of client objectives.
Leading a team of at least 3, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, developing and implementing strategies and putting in key processes to review data, and lead on system evolution with the relevant teams internally.
In addition, you will carry out monthly audits for legislative and client requirements, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements across your portfolio(s).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a client facing managerial role. In addition, they will have experience within property management and all relevant legislation around PPM. Adhering to both internal / external KPIs is key along with a sound grasp of Excel. Reporting and associated processes will be a critical part of the role; the business strives to continuously improve its ambition to constantly evolve its technology.
