Positive Behaviour Support Lead

to take ownership of data analysis, review and develop behaviour support plans, and work closely with teams to embed best practice. Working with the clinical lead, you will ensure staff are trained, supported and confident in delivering proactive, person-centred approaches that make a real difference.

About the Role



In this role, you will:



Work collaboratively with clinical leads, operations and governance teams to ensure consistency across services. Contribute to the management of a team caseload of clients with complex needs, assess, plan, implement and evaluate behavioural interventions which will be delivered mainly in the home. Ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources to deliver high-quality, person-centred PBS services. Lead governance processes for PBS, including compliance with NICE guidance, BILD standards and RRN requirements. Provide leadership and support to PBS practitioners and clinical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience We're Looking For



A professional diploma in PBS. Extensive experience in implementing PBS within health and social care settings for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. A strong understanding of NICE guidelines, BILD PBS competence framework and RRN training standards. Experience in delivering training.
