Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Football Coach to join our team in Staveley Miner Welfare GB. Based in the UK, this role is vital in delivering high-quality coaching sessions that inspire and develop young footballers, aligning with our goal of fostering talent and excellence in the sport.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging football coaching sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Assess players' skills and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize training camps and special events. Ensure safety and well-being of all participants during training activities. Keep up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and industry best practices. Support the overall mission of bridging grassroots and academy football through innovative coaching methods.

Qualifications

FA Coaching B or C License minimum FA Safeguarding FA 1st Aid Strong teaching and communication skills. Passion for developing young talent and fostering a love for the game. Ability to motivate and inspire Post 16 players. Relevant coaching certifications or licenses. Knowledge of health, fitness, and strength conditioning is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
