Duties
Process & pack all outbound post
Open, process and distribute all incoming post
Organise couriers
Photograph and process all incoming insignia
Allocate payments on Sage
Record credit card slips
Check all paperwork for credit card details, cut off and destroy credit card information
Collate ribbon bars for customers
Update daily the 'ribboning up list' on Sage
Record and stock take all ribbon from supplier
Monthly stock take of all brooches and ribbon bars
Update customers on their orders
Assist the administration team to answer incoming calls and deal with members of the public at the counter
Assist the team in 'Putting up' - Collate all items to complete individual orders on behalf of the mounting & administration departments
All administration/filing relating to post, couriers and office supplies
Email management
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills
