Preparing and submitting SDLT returns.
Preparing and submitting applications for registered and unregistered titles at HMLR via online submission, AP1, and FR1.
Collating relevant documentation to accompany submissions to HMLR.
Ensuring applications are made within the OS1 priority period and maintaining its active status.
Responding to requisitions.
Liaising with fee earners.
Maintaining precise records for registrations and updating client information.
Communicating with clients to provide updates.
Updating lenders through their preferred medium (e.g., lender portals, post, fax).
Writing to clients with relevant documentation upon receipt of completed registration and ensuring proper records are sent to Reception for internal storage.
Requirements:
You will be able to work independently, whilst being a part of the Conveyancing department, with support and guidance available. We anticipate that you will be able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines to ensure compliance with our post-completion practices.
Competent with Computers and Microsoft systems
Salary and Benefits:
Salaries are dependent upon experience and are usually reviewed on an annual basis in accordance with inflation and performance.
Our standard holiday entitlement is 20 working days, plus bank holidays. Our holiday year runs from April 1st to March 31st. We will honor any pre-booked holidays you have already notified us of.
