The Role
We are looking to recruit a full-time, Post Finishing Team Member Slitter Operator until 31st October 2025. You will be responsible for Slitting finished products before cross cutting.
Some of the Duties and Responsibilities
Working within our production flow, slitting pieces to specification.
Carrying out inline quality checks checking sides of scarves
Monitoring sharpness of slitter blades
Rolling pieces & lifting in pairs to cutting racks
Organise waste from slitter process, separate, box up & weigh.
Conduct general housekeeping, keeping areas clean & tidy.
This gives an appreciation of what is required of the role but is not an extensive list of duties. A willingness to assist in other areas of production is required.
The successful applicant will have:
Ability to work shift pattern
Manual handling.
Great attention to detail.
Patience
Ability to work as part of a team
Great organisational skills and communication skills.
Ideal position for Textile Graduates with Textile experience

12.60 per hour
