The Post office sales assistant will work closely with various counter positions, providing clerical support and ensuring effective communication.
Duties
Perform key entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain and organise electronic and paper files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Cash handling and Banking responsibility.
Shop floor work and customers services.
Requirements
Previous cash handling experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have clerical or retail experience
Proficient computer skills, including retail till operation.
Customer services skills with a focus on accuracy
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills
