We are seeking a detail-oriented Posting Clerk to join our administrative team. This role involves managing various clerical and data entry tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office functions. Duties
Accurately input and update data using computer systems, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
Manage and organise filing systems both digitally and physically
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Assist with processing documents, invoices, and correspondence in a timely manner
Support the team with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Ensure all data entry is precise and complies with company standards
Maintain organised records of postings and related documentation
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient workflow
Skills
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry and clerical duties in a professional setting
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is desirable
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Good phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Prior administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
