Responsibilities
Manage and process posting requests efficiently, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely
Perform data entry tasks using various software programmes including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
Maintain organised records of postings and related documentation
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Support the team with organisational tasks to streamline office operations
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality
Experience
Previous office experience is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks is highly desirable
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Experience in data entry and clerical roles will be advantageous
Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position
Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette are required to interact confidently with colleagues and clients
