Base Salary: 20,000.00 - 22,000.00 per year

On Target Earnings: 24,000 - 26,000

Post Sales Advisor - Weybridge



Are you passionate about customer service and helping clients feel confident in their decisions? We are an established insurance firm in Weybridge, operating for 12 years, and are currently in a phase of significant growth. We are seeking a Post Sales Advisor to join our team, ensuring that every client enjoys excellent after-sales care and support.

About the Role:

As a Post Sales Advisor, your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients after a policy has been sold. You will be the bridge between the sales process and client satisfaction, making sure everything is smooth, clear, and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting clients after they've purchased a policy to ensure they are happy and fully understand the details of their cover.

Verifying that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Running through the perks and benefits of their chosen policy to ensure they are fully informed.

Building strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Asking for client referrals for potential future business.

Making outbound calls, averaging 50 to 200 calls per day, to maintain client contact and satisfaction.

Requirements:

A passion for customer care and building relationships.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.

A proactive attitude, with attention to detail in completing paperwork and ensuring customer understanding.

Salary & Benefits:

20,000 to 22,000 per annum.

Commission opportunity of up to 500 based on performance.

Working Hours: 9 - 6 everyday

1 hr for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks

Monday to Friday - no evenings no weekends!
