We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Postal & Workflow Assistant / Delivery Driver. This is a varied role that requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort, prepare, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail across Council buildings, sites, and elected members' homes throughout the city.
Carry out clerical duties including scanning, data input, and general office tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Use Council systems to manage workflow and ensure timely processing of documents.
Deliver documents and packages by foot and via Council vehicle, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
What We're Looking For:
A dependable team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Good knowledge of office environments and clerical processes.
Strong attention to detail and familiarity with data input and scanning tasks.
A full, clean driving licence (required for use of Council vehicle).
A positive attitude and commitment to providing a helpful and efficient service.
