The role is to support our postgraduate research admissions processes and ensure that our applicants and offer holders have an excellent experience and introduction to the University.


We are looking for enthusiastic people to be part of our admissions teams supporting our applicants and programme teams, working collaboratively in accordance with good customer care principles. Alongside processing applications and acting as a first point of contact for queries, you will also support open days and visit days (either on-campus or virtual), interviews and confirmation and clearing activities.


The successful candidate will bring proven experience and current knowledge of Recruitment and Admissions within a Higher Education, customer-facing office environmentideally with a focus on Postgraduate Research student administration.


We are seeking individuals who thrive in a dynamic team setting, enjoy engaging with and supporting a diverse range of people, and demonstrate a flexible, customer-focused approach.

This is a fast-paced role that requires resilience, initiative, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a changing environment.
