Based at the iconic South Kensington campus, this full-time, fixed-term position offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to student voice, inclusion, and impact.

In response to our recent Democracy Review, this role will play a vital part in strengthening student representation structures and embedding postgraduate engagement throughout Union decision-making. You'll work alongside Officer Trustees and the Representation Team to ensure that students feel heard, supported, and empowered across all Imperial campuses.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting and training postgraduate student representatives and Officer Trustees, equipping them to drive positive change. Coordinating communications and recognition schemes to foster deeper engagement across the postgraduate community. Managing democratic processes and implementing new initiatives that promote inclusive participation. Partnering with University departments and external organisations to amplify postgraduate issues and build collaborative solutions. Developing strategic projects and training materials that strengthen representation and evaluate impact.

Please see Job description for full outline of duties.
