This advertisement is for a job share with a current member of staff, who will work the remaining 14 hours per week. Some overlap in the roles will be required to enable a full-team meeting.

The role is to support our postgraduate research funding processes and ensure that our students have an excellent experience and the University abides by its financial responsibilities.


We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our funding team, working collaboratively in accordance with good customer care principles. Alongside processing fees and stipends and acting as a first point of contact for queries, you will also support reporting on grant statements and creating student records on funding systems.


The successful candidate will bring proven experience and current knowledge of Higher Education Funding, within a customer-facing office environment. Ideally you will have experience of working with Postgraduate Research Funding administration.
