About Us
Pickled Pumpkin Catering is an award-winning catering company specialising in weddings, parties, and large-scale events across South Wales and the South West. Our team delivers restaurant-quality food in unique locations, from barns to marquees to private estates. We're now looking for a hardworking and reliable Pot Wash / Kitchen Assistant to join our events team.
The Role
As a Pot Wash / Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital part in keeping our busy kitchen operations running smoothly. Duties include:
Assisting with unloading equipment from vans at events and on return to our base. Washing and maintaining pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment to a high standard. Ensuring the pot wash area is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times. Helping the chefs and event team with general kitchen duties as required. Supporting with re-packing and storing equipment after events.
What We're Looking For
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in. Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. No previous experience required - full training will be given.
