Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including kitchens, dining spaces, and restrooms. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt and debris. Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed, following health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support culinary activities and ensure a smooth workflow. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold high standards of hygiene in accordance with hospitality industry regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role within restaurants, hotels, or similar environments is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A background in hospitality or culinary fields will be considered an asset. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Pay: 12.21-15.87 per hour
