Job Description

Hull Golf Club, East Yorkshire's premier Golf Club are seeking to employ a reliable and hardworking potwasher. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment are clean and ready for use in a fast - paced restaurant environment. you will work closely to the kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation areas are sanitised to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the equipment. Ensure that all kitchen surfaces, floors and equipment are kept clean and organised. Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks if needed. Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work enviroment
Working as part of a dynamic team you will be given the opportunity to express your passion for food by creating some exciting new menu ideas to wow our members on a daily basis. Furthermore you will assist the current team to support the high levels of service and hygiene we already offer. Hull Golf Club is a 5rated venue and you will be challenged to ensure this level is maintained moving forward.
Hourly Rate will be dependant upon experience and the ideal candidate will have a full understanding of the demands of a busy kitchen. The hours at the golf club can be very demanding given the seasonality of the sport and the number of events taking place, especially over the Spring & Summer months.
