Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced tutor to join our pottery team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in teaching absolute beginners how to throw a simple pot on the wheel.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in a fun pub setting adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Develop customised lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the learning styles of each student. Communicate effectively with the team to discuss progress and address any concerns that arise Communicate effectively with the team to ensure that supplies are always available Look smart and professional at workshops

Experience

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with the pottery team A patient and adaptable approach to teaching that fosters a positive learning environment for all our customers
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 22.50-35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week

Work Location: In person
