Job Overview

Our client, a well-established agricultural company in the UK, is looking for a

reliable and responsible Poultry Farm Worker

to join their team. This is a hands-on role involving full-cycle poultry care and sanitation tasks on the farm premises.

It is a stable, long-term position with accommodation provided. Experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn and perform physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Daily care of poultry, including feeding, health checks, and climate control Egg collection, grading, and packing Maintaining hygiene and

biosecurity standards

throughout the farm

Pressure washing of farm buildings, poultry houses, tools, and equipment

Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas

, ensuring the farm remains tidy and safe Operating scanners, tablets, and other digital tools for record keeping Following health & safety procedures and farm guidelines Assisting with other general farm duties as needed

Training & Support

Full training provided on-site Instruction in using high-pressure cleaning equipment and biosecurity procedures Ongoing support from experienced staff

Candidate Requirements

Legal right to work in the United Kingdom

A

valid full UK driving licence

is

mandatory

(due to travel between farms) Willingness to perform physical labour, including tasks in humid or variable temperatures Ability to focus on repetitive and structured work Reliability, teamwork, and discipline Flexibility to work on weekends or on a rotating schedule

Desirable but not essential:

Experience working with animals or in agriculture Background in production or farm work Familiarity with cleaning or sanitation processes
