Role Overview

You'll be running the powder coating line -- keeping finishes clean, consistent, and durable.

Key Responsibilities

Operate powder coating equipment, booths, and ovens safely. Prepare components: cleaning, masking, hanging, and checks. Apply powder evenly to meet specifications. Inspect coated parts for quality. Adjust machine settings and spray guns. Load/unload components on the conveyor line. Clean and maintain equipment and filters. Complete daily checks and report issues. Maintain a tidy workspace. Follow all health & safety procedures. Shift pattern: 6am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Skills & Experience

Experience in powder coating (manual or automatic). Understanding of coating thickness and curing. Ability to follow drawings and job sheets. Strong attention to detail. Able to work to production targets. Basic mechanical skills. Reliable, practical, and detail-focused. Team player with independence. Calm under pressure. Proactive approach.
