Job Summary




As a

Power Platform Consultant

, you'll work directly with clients to design, build, and deliver impactful business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. You'll combine your technical knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes to help clients transform the way they work.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning continuously, and bringing creative solutions to life. You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the wider Trustmarque Professional Services team to deliver best-in-class solutions that drive measurable results for our clients.


What you'll be doing:




Design and implement tailored Power Platform solutions that address client business needs. Capture, analyse, and translate business requirements into user stories and functional solutions. Develop Power Platform applications in alignment with agreed designs and best practices. Support pre-sales activities by scoping, designing, and presenting proposed solutions. Collaborate with clients through workshops, discovery sessions, and implementation phases. Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to team development. Help define and evolve internal best practices, tools, and intellectual property.

You'll also:




Deliver "Lunch & Learns" and webinars to showcase your technical expertise. Engage with Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies to extend and enhance Power Platform solutions. Attend client sites as required for collaboration and delivery activities. Continuously grow your expertise through dedicated time for training and certifications.

Here's what we're looking for:




Proven experience designing and developing across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse). Ability to capture business challenges and translate them into actionable user stories and features. Strong understanding of web request technologies (RESTful, OData, SOAP, XML, JSON). Experience with Git-based repositories and version control. Knowledge of database design and architecture principles. Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with Power Platform. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira for agile project delivery.

Bonus points:




Experience developing custom components (e.g. PCF Components, SPFx Web Parts). Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerShell, HTML, and CSS. Previous experience as a Power Platform Consultant with a strong project portfolio. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver scalable solutions. Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate.
