We have a brand new opportunity for a Power Platform & Integrations Manager to join us here at thyssenkrupp Materials UK! In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of solutions using the Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) and other appropriate tools.

This includes identifying business needs, gathering requirements, developing and testing solutions, and delivering measurable business value. The role also involves managing a small team, leading API integrations with third-party services, and ensuring alignment with cyber security, DevOps, and agile best practices.

This position plays a key role in supporting digital transformation and enhancing business intelligence and process automation.###

Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions -- from gathering business requirements to development, testing, implementation, and support Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and assess their suitability for the organisation Recommend improvements to existing Power Platform solutions Design and develop solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other appropriate technologies Lead API integrations with third-party services Collaborate with the global team to ensure best practices in solution architecture, governance, DevOps and agile delivery Maintain and enhance connected services, including APIs and webhooks Ensure all solutions meet cyber security standards and internal compliance requirements Establish and uphold governance standards for Power Platform solutions Monitor solution performance and provide ongoing support, including issue resolution and optimisation Maintain clear, up-to-date technical and user documentation for all solutions Lead and manage a small team, supporting their development and delivery Support digital transformation projects across the organisation Deliver reporting solutions using Power BI Develop and deliver end-user training to support solution adoption Provide Power Platform training across appropriate business levels Support the ongoing development and training of Power Platform capabilities across the organisation

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Proven experience delivering solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and capabilities Experience with API integrations, including with SAP ERP and third-party services Familiarity with Azure services and related Microsoft technologies Hands-on experience with DevOps and agile project delivery Experience managing or leading a small technical team Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience delivering end-user training and support Proactive and solutions-focused mindset Committed to continuous learning and staying current with technology High attention to detail and quality Strong sense of ownership and accountability Passionate about delivering real business value through technology
