You will lead the pre-sales and delivery of Power Platform AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. You'll work closely with senior leaders to plan the right approach, design the solution, and guide the teams that bring it to life, making a real difference to how enterprises work

Skills and experiences
Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio).
Strong understanding of Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI.
Experience in designing governance models, security, and compliance frameworks for Power Platform.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership in delivery teams, with a focus on mentoring and growing talent.
Knowledge of integration patterns, enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Arc42), and
DevOps practices a nice to have.

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)*
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)*

You are a trusted advisor who works well where business planning, user needs, and technical design meet. You have proven experience leading Power Platform or AI projects in complex, large-scale organizations.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end technical vision for Copilot Studio-driven automation and AI solutions.
Shape solution architectures that integrate Power Platform and potentially Azure AI Services
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand needs, define roadmaps, and guide delivery.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business goals.
Champion best practices in governance, lifecycle management, and citizen development enablement.
Stay ahead of the curve--exploring new Microsoft AI capabilities and advising clients on how to adopt them.
