Job Description

Architect and lead end-to-end Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions, translating business needs into scalable architectures powered by automation and AI. Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, shaping digital transformation strategies, designing secure governance models, and guiding cross-functional delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & AI Integration

Define and own the end-to-end technical vision for Copilot Studio and Power Platform AI-driven solutions. Design scalable architectures integrating Power Platform with Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Cognitive Services). Translate complex business needs into structured roadmaps, solution blueprints, and implementation approaches.

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales

Lead pre-sales activities, including requirement discovery, solution presentations, RFP responses, and architecture proposals. Advise C-level stakeholders on AI adoption, automation strategies, and Power Platform governance at enterprise scale. Act as strategic partner, guiding clients through modernization, citizen development, and digital transformation.

Delivery Leadership

Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across design, development, QA, data, and AI. Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, resilience, governance, and compliance. Promote best practices in ALM, lifecycle management, and CoE enablement.

Qualification

Power Platform & AI

Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows, RPA), Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio. Solid understanding of Microsoft AI ecosystem: Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Agentic AI patterns. Experience designing end-to-end automation and conversational AI solutions.

Architecture & Governance

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles (TOGAF, Arc42). Design and implementation of Power Platform governance, security models, and environment strategies. Integration patterns leveraging Dataverse, APIs, Azure Functions, connectors, and external systems.

Leadership & Communication

Proven experience guiding technical and non-technical audiences. Experience mentoring teams, driving delivery quality, and shaping best practices. Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.

DevOps & Lifecycle Management

Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps pipelines, solution packaging, and environment management. Support for citizen developer frameworks, automation CoEs, and scalable operational models.

Relevant Certifications (Advantage)
