ACCOUNTABILITIES
2.1 Responsible for providing the customer with accurate and effective product knowledge to assist with machine selection, quotations & pricing agreements
2.2 Maintains potential and existing customer contact records and schedules, ensuring regular development contact with existing & potential customers physically, by phone, email and social media etc.
2.3 Maintains and builds high quality relationships with customers and is usually the customers primary contact, other than day to day order processing
Works with Syrinx hire software to ensure accurate CRM records
Communicates effectively to other team members
Maintains sustainable growth of target profile customers
Gathers market and industry intelligence and assists with strategy and planning
Manages pricing and rates to ensure profitability is maintained
Represent ATP as a brand ambassador at all times.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
Existing experience of powered access (rental) sales management
Extensive network of contacts
Demonstrable track record and of customer growth and portfolio management in the powered access industry
Outgoing, engaging and friendly personality - high quality interpersonal skills
Hire desk / plant controller experience, preferably within the powered access industry
Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet growth targets
Ability to work with minimal supervision, as a key member of ATP team with ambition and enthusiasm
Good MS office and computer literacy skills
Possess a clean driving license

Pricing and quoting, creatively and flexibly to ensure customer growth and profitability

ATP is an established access platform hire company, with its head office based in Peterborough. ATP operates 350 hire units and is looking to increase the number of units .
