We are seeking a dynamic PPC Executive to join the PPC team at our agency on a permanent basis. As a key member of the PPC team, you will collaborate with colleagues and various stakeholders to ensure our services align with client needs. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Effectively aid and manage clients' Google ad accounts, ensuring timely optimisation and contribute to identifying both tactical and strategic opportunities
Occasionally create and manage Meta & Bing Ads
Conducting regular health and pacing checks across accounts
Conducting regular search query reporting analysis across accounts
Briefing design teams on creating display assets
Creative ad copy for titles and descriptions
Work with the PPC Manager to create strategies and translate them into campaign delivery
Conduct monthly reporting and analysis of campaign results
Ensure adherence to paid search and social channel best practices and developments
Client & Partner Relationships:
Work with the PPC Manager to cultivate strong working relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of plans and retaining strong client relationships
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in helping to managing clients and other stakeholders
Ensure service-level agreements align with stakeholders, meeting all deadlines through effective campaign management
Team Player:
Actively participate in internal team meetings
Contribute to the Umi and advertising communities
Operational Excellence:
Prepare wider client or team deliverables, collaborating with team members to ensure quality output
Leverage available AI & technology, implement efficient processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
Take ownership of issues, proactively suggesting resolutions and preventive measures
Your Profile
Required:
Good experience and understanding of Google Ads
Experience with bing, LinkedIn ads, meta ads
Careful and confident execution of campaigns
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong communication skills (both written and conversational)
High organisational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with engaging writing skills
Demonstrated analytical ability
Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Critical thinker
Desired:
Knowledge of wider Google Suite (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads editor)
Understanding of various digital marketing channels (Organic Search, Organic Social, Paid Search, Affiliate/Earned Media)

We help hotels, restaurants, and travel brands navigate the "digital waves" to reclaim booking control from OTAs.
