Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven

PPC Executive

to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing, with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation. Our Agency is recently growing and taking on some really exciting clients, so we are looking for a candidate who wants to take on a great new challenge and grow with the agency and our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Manage PPC accounts end-to-end, from campaign setup and launch to optimisation and reporting across Google Ads and Bing Ads (experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus) Control and optimise client budget spend through daily account pacing and performance monitoring Analyse and interpret key client data across advertising platforms and analytics tools to inform strategic decisions Prepare detailed monthly performance reports for multiple clients using clear, client-ready presentation formats Engage with clients on a weekly basis to review performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous account improvements Experience in a Lead Acquisition industry is helpful

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms Google Ads Certification Excellent data analysis Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and Quality Score Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills Good communication and reporting skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
