Our products offer multiple educational benefits and endless fun, developed by UK teachers. Located in Edenbridge, our office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, located in Edenbridge. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive growth. Daily tasks include managing PPC campaigns, conducting market research, analysing performance metrics, and working with cross-functional teams to maximise ROI.

The role also involves staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications

A Minimum of 2+ Years of Meta And Google Paid advertising experience PPC Campaign Management and Data Analysis skills Experience with Market Research and Competitive Analysis Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Performance Metrics Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the toys and games industry is a plus
