Responsibilities



Manage high-budget PPC campaigns

across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other leading platforms with monthly budgets of 10,000+

Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies

that drive measurable ROI and support ambitious client growth objectives

Create compelling ad copy and creative briefs

for paid campaigns, email marketing, and multi-platform advertising initiatives

Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance

using key metrics to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis

to maximise campaign effectiveness and reach

Collaborate closely with our talented marketing team

to ensure seamless strategy execution and knowledge sharing

Prepare detailed performance reports and insights

for clients, presenting campaign results and strategic recommendations

Stay current with platform updates and industry trends

to maintain competitive advantage and explore new advertising opportunities

Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies

to achieve optimal cost-per-acquisition and return on ad spend

Contribute to our collaborative team culture

while taking ownership of your professional development and client success

Qualifications



Proven track record managing Meta Ads campaigns

with demonstrable experience driving results and ROI across paid social platforms

Proven track record with Google Ads

and other leading PPC platforms, with hands-on campaign management experience

Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools

including Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and campaign reporting dashboards

Data-driven mindset

with excellent analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimisation strategies

Outstanding communication skills

and collaborative approach--you thrive working alongside talented teammates while taking ownership of your projects

Highly organised and detail-oriented

with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and clients without missing a beat

Proactive and ambitious attitude

with genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth

A degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience

with a proven track record in digital advertising

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications

would be a strong advantage, though we value hands-on experience and results above all

Tech-savvy approach

with comfort using Semrush, AI tools, Facebook Business Manager, Google Workspace, and various digital marketing tools
