About Us



At Bobbi Beck, we're a UK-based design and print studio creating luxury, sustainably made wallpaper for modern interiors. All of our products are designed and made in our Cornwall studio, and while much of our creative work happens here, part of our team works remotely.

As we continue to grow our ecommerce business, we're seeking a part-time, remote PPC Specialist to help scale our paid advertising and deliver measurable results. Our focus is on driving high-quality traffic, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling campaigns across key platforms.This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience who thrives on analysing data, spotting trends, and optimising campaigns for performance.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc., as relevant). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance. Create, test, and refine ad copy, creative variations, and landing page performance. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver maximum ROI within allocated spend. Optimise product feeds and Merchant Centre account Manage tracking and tagging to ensure accurate reporting/data Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in ecommerce PPC. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director (SEO, content, design) to align campaigns with overall strategy.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years' proven experience in PPC campaign management, eCommerce experience is a necessity Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and familiarity with Bing Ads and paid social platforms. Confident using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.) to track, report, and optimise performance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once. Strong copywriting and creative testing skills. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have



Experience with other ecommerce ad platforms. Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing. Familiarity with feed management tools .
