As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking

a highly organised and detail-focused PPQ Administrator

to support the preparation, coordination, and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and compliance documentation for the business

.

Key Responsibilities



PPQ / Compliance Administration



Prepare PQQs: Compile and submit PQQs for prospective projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of compliance information. Collaborate for Information: Work with various departments to gather necessary information for PQQ submissions. Maintain Standard Responses: Keep a database of standard responses and documentation to streamline the PQQ process Ensure all documentation required for PQQs is accurate, current, and formatted to client specifications.

Document & Data Management



Keep organised logs of submission deadlines to ensure timely completion. Assist in the creation, formatting, and updating of standard document templates.

Communication & Coordination



Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external auditors regarding compliance requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors to collect required documents (insurance, RAMS, accreditations, etc.). Support the team with administrative tasks related to tender submissions.

About You



Experience working with PQQs and compliance documentation.

Familiarity with accreditation platforms such as Constructionline, CHAS, SafeContractor, etc - Essential

Knowledge of construction or engineering industry standards Strong administrative background (minimum 2 years). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Clear communication skills (written and verbal). Able to manage multiple tasks at once. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
