Job Overview:

We seek a PR Account Executive to join our PR team. The ideal candidate will have an academic background in Marketing, English or Journalism. We're looking for a dynamic and driven PR Account Executive to join our small but growing team. Our directors are both based close to Aylesbury, but other staff also work remotely and are located in Marseille, Berlin, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Toronto.

In this role, you will support the delivery of impactful PR campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You'll be a key player in media relations, content creation, and client management, helping to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

The core element of the role is to support the media pitching team with media relations. Pitch and distribute press campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage. Database management. Create, update and improve our journalist database. Monitor and report on campaign performance and media coverage. Research and develop original content ideas that reinforce our client's expertise in their industries. Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative campaign ideas. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and competitor activity.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A desire to want to learn and develop your skills in a PR agency/marketing agency environment.
