Job Description

A design-led studio with an international footprint across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East is seeking a PR and Communications Manager to lead its brand storytelling and strategic outreach. This is a pivotal role for a confident communicator with a refined aesthetic sensibility and a strong network in the luxury, architecture, or interiors sectors.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the studio's tone of voice and visual identity in line with brand values
• Audit and update existing marketing collateral to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Lead creative marketing campaigns across SEO, email, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Build and manage relationships with luxury and design-focused media outlets
• Secure high-profile editorial coverage, interviews, and features
• Identify and nurture partnerships with external collaborators and estate agencies
• Provide monthly reporting on marketing performance, PR coverage, and ROI
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business development communications
• Manage award submissions and coordinate speaking opportunities for senior team
• Plan and deliver networking events to enhance brand visibility

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in PR, marketing, or communications within a luxury or design-led industry
• Strong press and media contacts in architecture, interiors, or luxury sectors
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a meticulous eye for detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), CMS, Mailchimp, and social media tools
• Highly self-motivated, discreet, and capable of working independently
