Aura PR is looking for a PR & Content Executive to join their team. We're a results-driven PR and communications agency working across B2B construction, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Our focus is all about creating campaigns that help our clients grow and delivering killer stories that give companies a personality.

The Role



We're seeking a proactive PR and Content Executive to create engaging content across multiple platforms for our B2B clients. You'll write for leading industry magazines, create thought leadership articles and blogs, craft social media content, conduct interviews with industry experts and support client accounts.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who's a strong writer, can spot a story a mile off and has the skills to work across multiple projects and clients.

What You'll Be Doing:



Creating content - you'll be writing compelling stories that get the right message across and engages with the audience. You will have the flexibility to adapt your writing style for different audiences across a variety of formats including thought leadership articles, news releases, blogs, web copy and social media posts. Creativity - you'll continuously find different angles for a story and develop ideas for creative campaign that deliver measurable results. Media outreach - you'll have a solid understanding of media relations with proven experience in building relationships with journalists and pitching stories that secure coverage. Agency - you'll work closely with the agency's leadership to contribute to business growth and creative direction.
Your skills:

Strong writing skills with a portfolio of published work and creative flair Good understanding of B2B communications and commercial awareness Interest in business news and industry trends Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines across different clients Exceptional written and spoken English with a strong eye for detail Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skill Knowledge or an understanding of writing technical articles
What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Media or similar Ideally 2-4 years of experience in PR, content creation, or marketing (agency or in-house)
This is predominantly a work from home position but as part of your role you must attend regular in-person meetings within the Lincolnshire area.

28,000 - 30,000 salary 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Annual bonus scheme Employer pension contribution
