Our PR & Media Coordinator




In this brand new role. our PR and Media Coordinator will play a central role within our PR and Marketing Team. This is a hands-on role, where no two days look the same. As our Coordinator, you'll support and execute brand-building and conversion-driving activities from press gifting to photoshoot logistics, media stays to image library curation. You'll help to ensure every moment is captured and every story is told.

confident in managing multiple projects

at one, liaising with high-profile individuals and presenting yourself with polish. Reporting in to our Head of PR and Communications and working closely with our PR agency, in-house creatives and events teams, you'll be an essential link in our storytelling chain.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and support press-related activity, including interviews, media stays, sample mailouts, and gifting moments. Assist in planning and delivering brand shoots--handling logistics, research, on-the-day support, and asset delivery. Maintain and curate our image library, ensuring content is beautifully organised and accessible across the business. Liaise daily with our external PR agency and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project communication. Track performance and coverage, compiling reports that help shape future campaigns. Assist in executing brand events and creative collaborations, both on the estate and externally. Manage scheduling and internal coordination for brand and media-facing projects. Support the wider creative and events teams with ad-hoc project needs

What we're looking for



A minimum of two years' experience within PR or Marketing for a luxury brand or agency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deep understanding of popular culture, luxury brands, emerging social networks, hospitality trends and people of influence across a wide range of industries. Positive, can-do attitude Self-starter and confident Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline driven environment A neat and super organised individual who loves planning ahead, running lists and reporting.
