PR Executive

to join our Marketing & PR Team - Is this your next opportunity?


Reporting into the Group Head of Press and Corp Comms, this role offers a varied and exciting opportunity to work across both the owned and operated Network and Agency sides of the business, providing B2B corporate communications support for sports, entertainment, and consumer brand sectors.


As PR Executive, you will also support both B2B and B2C PR efforts for Dan Snow's History Hit streaming service and Podcast Network, alongside B2B PR for WING, our specialist sport and branded content production agency.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in TV campaigns and TV listings press.

A reduced working week could be considered for this position.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

Assist in developing and executing PR strategies across the agency and Network sides of the business, focusing on trade media. Support trade and consumer PR for Dan Snow's History Hit streaming service and Podcast Network, with a focus on TV campaigns and TV listings press. Contribute to B2B PR efforts for WING, our branded content production agency. Support with writing and delivering press releases, thought leadership, and other media materials across various business sectors. Support the identification and management of spokesperson opportunities for panels, judging, and opinion pieces. Assist with crisis management and issues management as needed. Contribute to key messaging, briefing notes, and press materials for internal stakeholders. Support PR campaigns by researching, coordinating, and assisting in PR and marketing events. Lead on media database management, press release distribution, and coverage monitoring. Provide LinkedIn support as and when required. Manage and assist with the submission of awards for the company. Admin lead including: managing publication subscriptions, managing coverage reports and trackers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

Experience in a PR role, ideally with exposure to TV campaigns and TV listings press. Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail in drafting press materials. Experience working with both B2B and B2C communications is a plus. A passion for the digital, broadcast, sports, and entertainment industries. Experience in media relations and knowledge of social media platforms is essential. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive, creative, and collaborative attitude
