The Opportunity
We are seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented
Public Relations Executive
to join the pre-opening team at The St. Regis London. This role will support the development and execution of the hotel's PR strategy, helping to shape its public image and drive awareness through media engagement, storytelling, and brand activations. This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of the most anticipated luxury hotel openings in the UK and to contribute to its legacy from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Promote awareness of The St. Regis brand image internally and externally through strategic communication
Develop marketing materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, maps) for promotional events, property tours, and conferences
Prepare and edit press releases, invitations, letters, and monthly/quarterly media reports
Respond to daily general media inquiries or refer to the appropriate spokesperson
Monitor media coverage and external trends to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for proactive engagement
Support media relations outreach efforts to bolster the property's reputation and presence in the local and global community
Coordinate on-property media visits, including reservations, amenities, special requests, and dining experiences
Maintain and update the press database, digital asset library, and archive of press clippings
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and wider Marketing team to support the execution of impactful PR strategies and brand activations
Serve as the primary contact for media agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals
Assist in the planning and execution of signature brand rituals and cultural moments that celebrate the St. Regis legacy
Contribute to the development of internal communications that inspire team engagement and brand advocacy
What We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or fashion PR
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
A strong network of media contacts in the UK and internationally
An eye for detail and a refined aesthetic sensibility
Confidence in managing high-profile relationships and navigating fast-paced environments
A passion for luxury branding and cultural storytelling
